Vincent Men's Cafe Style Leather Jacket

I jumped on the $100 discount for President's Day. This is my first jacket from First Mfg. My newly acquired 2nd bike (Harley RG) had me looking at new styles of jackets. The Vincent jacket is heavy, relatively thick, warm, and well made. I am 5'10" 197 with broad shoulders and athletic build. A 2xl fit me properly in the shoulders/chest. There is a little room for light layering as well. There is way too much room in the waist but I understand that the jackets are cut for the majority of their audience. I appreciate the button/zipper combo with the zipper starting higher up from the bottom to ease stress while seated. The white sleeves and stitching are a nice pop of color. Armor pockets are snug but that ensures that your armor stays in place. The level 2 armor sold by First Mfg is soft, pliable and fits the pockets well. I also have level 1 D30 ghost armor which fits as well. More storage on this jacket than I could ever use. The only downside is that the armor pockets and velcro stitching are fragile and could use some bolstering.

The quality of the Jacket is amazing and the styling is awesome. It honestly looks 10 times better in person. The leather is thick yet very supple. I really like the Carry pocket. I still own an older First MFG Jacket, which I purchased years ago. It is still in good shape and still holding up well. So I think First MFG's quality is really good. I also have 2 First MFG Vests. One Leather, and one Denim. All of the quality is top notch.

I do feel the sizes run a bit on the larger side. I usually wear a medium /42 in motorcycle jackets by other companies (Teknic, Dainese, Fly, Icon, Sedici, Roland Sands) , whether it is a sport cut or casual cut. I originally purchased this Vincent Jacket in a medium, but I had to exchange it however for a Small, in order for it to fit properly and safely. So order accordingly.
