This is my second purchase from First MFG CO and so far the quality of these jackets are top notch quality. I received my Brawn's Motorcycle Canvas Shirt and was impressed with quality of the material. I had to send it back the next day because the XL in the arm length reach was short when I sat my motorcycle with 18" handle bars, so I returned the XL for the 2XL. If it wasn't for the needed extra length in the arms the of XL, it would of been perfect. This is a great outdoors anytime and anywhere work or pleasure jacket. Good wear for years to come.

I bought an XL, it fit like a medium.

I have attempted 3 times to get a return label, or to exchange this shirt.

The gal I keep getting on the phone, has failed repeatedly to email me return information, or call me back when she said she would.

I am very disappointed in this purchase, and the way customer service has handled the issues with this transaction.
