Received this vest yesterday after returning the first one as it was too small even though it was a large and the jacket I bought was a large.

Purchasing clothing online is always a crap shoot.

Cost almost as much to ship it back as the purchase price.

I do like the fit and look of this vest.

I like the quality and prices of First Mfg. Co. products.

I have owned and worn this vest for about a year+ now. When I first purchased it my hopes were high. The fit is good and comfortable. The elastic holds the firearm well and releases smoothly when drawing the firearm. The initial impression was very good but as I wore it daily, it began to fall apart. I carry a compact M&P 9mm on my left side, not a heavy firearm, and a 12 round clip on the right. Within the first 2 months the stitching in the left shoulder gave out. I sewed it back together and a month later the snap base on the right inside pocket came out. Then a couple of months later the left side, side panel stitching let loose and I had to sew it back together. Note: I am not too large for the vest, it fits well with a couple of inches of relaxed room. A month ago the right side stitching let loose and yesterday the right pocket lining stitching split apart. I do not recommend purchasing this vest unless you like to resew everything.
