    First class customer service

    I messed up and got my sizing wrong. I own that. However First mfg. helped me get the right sizing and I love my jacket and chaps. I had already owned a vest I bought at the dealership so I know the quality already to be top tier. Thank you a million times over for your great products and great team of people.

    Good Quality

    I actually purchased two pair of these chaps. The first pair I bought for my riding partner. Hers came with the nice mesh lining and seemed to be well made out of a fairly thick leather and the quality seemed to be a good value for the cost. So I decided to order a second pair for me the next week and they seemed to be made from a noticeably thinner leather and had a smooth nylon lining in them. they were obviously made quite different and the smooth lining in the pair I got is just not as nice as the mesh lining. Overall I gave it four stars because the overall quality and construction seems to be good as well as the fit and First has great customer service. Just not so happy that they were not the same product and obviously different.
