    Great riding shirt/jacket. If you like in warmer weather climate great as a winter jacket. Made great just like all other first manufacturing company other gear

    Sizing way off

    I bought an XL, it fit like a medium.

    I have attempted 3 times to get a return label, or to exchange this shirt.

    The gal I keep getting on the phone, has failed repeatedly to email me return information, or call me back when she said she would.

    I am very disappointed in this purchase, and the way customer service has handled the issues with this transaction.

    Great quality but the sizing is a bit off, great customer service all around.

    I ordered a medium based on the motorcycle jacket I previously bought and while it fit, it was a bit too tight. I set up an exchange with no issues for a large and now it seems too big . I usually hover between a med and a large depending on brand but this shirt is somewhere in between unfortunately.

    Exchanging

    It would be awesome if the company could do a pre-paid shipping label for exchanges only. I had my wife take my measurements and matched them with the sizing chart but the sleeves were tight. Other then that the quality is great.
