Warning: If you have placed patches on your product, you cannot send it back for a refund or exchange. For both stock and custom products.
Shipping
Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS or Fedex. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.
Orders placed after 2pm EST will be sent out the next day.
For orders that are placed during the weekend please allow 48-72 hours to be processed for shipping
If you would like to require signature for delivery, please call us or email us at orders@firstmfg.com for that option.
If the order was placed within the same day you placed the order, then we may be able to make the necessary changes for you. Please contact our customer service team at (800)-537-3030 EXT:426 and provide us with the details of the changes you would like to make. please note that some changes may not be possible depending on the status of your order. Thank you for reaching out to us, and we appreciate your business.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are sending out international orders through UPS only. It is possible you may need to pay extra fees when your package is going through custom clearance.
International orders are subject to the customs fees and import taxes of the destination country.
Returns - Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: FMC will only provide a return label in case of product damage or any incorrect item with in 30 days of the order date. For a regular return and exchange you are responsible for shipping the item to First Mfg, we will take care of the shipping fee when sending back to you.
You can process the return / exchange online within 30 days of item received from the link below. Item must be in original package and have tags attached with a copy of your receipt. You will receive a RA# and return address.
We know your time and money are valuable - due to our order volume your return may take up to 7 days to process. If you have any concerns please email us.
International shipping returns
Due to the increased cost of shipping outside of the United States and duties imposed by other countries First Manufacturing will not accept international items to be returned. If you need to return an item you will need to cover the cost to do so unless First Manufacturing has shipped you an incorrect item.
Gift Items
Items can only be exchanged from any ongoing special promotion i.e bundle deals/ Free Gifts, No Refund is applicable on any item.
Custom Items
All custom vests / items are handmade. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on custom items. Double check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
