Processing Time:

  •  Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day

Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day. That means your gear is on its way within hours, not days.

Whether you're gearing up for a rally next weekend or need a last-minute gift for a fellow rider, expedited shipping gets it there when you need it.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through UPS and DHL.

EstimatedDelivery Time: Approximately 10 business days, though actual delivery depends on the courier service you select at checkout and customs processing in your country.

Important: International orders are subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Fees vary by country and shipment value,  check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping option so you can monitor your package through customs clearance.

Every order receives a tracking number once shipped. Here's how it works:

1. Order Confirmed:  You'll receive an email confirming your purchase

2. Order Shipped: A second email arrives with your tracking number and carrier link

3. Track Anytime:  Use the tracking number on the carrier's website or visit our Track Your Order page.

Tracking not updating?

Carriers sometimes take 24-48 hours to update tracking after the initial scan. If your tracking hasn't moved in 3+ days, reach out to us at (800) 537-3030  and we'll investigate it for you.

Need to change your shipping address, swap a size, or modify your order?

Pre-Order Items

Some items are available for pre-order before they're in stock or they are out of stock.

Pre-Order Processing Time: 4-5 weeks before shipment

Each pre-order item is crafted with care, and the extended timeline ensures quality before it reaches you. You'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking once your order is on its way.

Custom Orders

Custom vests, jackets, and made-to-order items take longer than standard products because they're built specifically for you.

Custom Order Processing Time: 5-7 weeks before shipment

Please note that custom orders are different, so this timeframe covers pattern cutting, stitching, hardware installation, and quality inspection. Once complete, your custom piece ships with full tracking just like any other order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We pack every order securely, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, here's what to do:

  • Step 1: Call us at (800) 537-3030  as soon as possible

  • Step 2: We file a claim with the carrier on your behalf

  • Step 3: Within 5 to 7 business days of claim acceptance, you choose your resolution:

Re-order We ship a replacement at no additional cost

Store Credit Credit applied to your account for future purchases
