Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS or Fedex. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.
Orders placed after 2pm EST will be sent out the next day.
For orders that are placed during the weekend please allow 48-72 hours to be processed for shipping
If you would like to require signature for delivery, please call us or email us at orders@firstmfg.com for that option.
If the order was placed within the same day you placed the order, then we may be able to make the necessary changes for you. Please contact our customer service team at (800)-537-3030 EXT:426 and provide us with the details of the changes you would like to make. please note that some changes may not be possible depending on the status of your order. First Manufacturing Co offers a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship of leather products from the original date of purchase for the life of the item.
This includes Stitching, Buckles, Snaps on leather jackets, vests, chaps, and gloves. First MFG Co will replace the item if after inspection the garment is deemed to be not in conformance with our standards. The warranty is limited to the repair of the parts and the necessary labor and services to repair the item. If the item after inspection is deemed non-repairable, First MFG Co will replace the item or if item is discontinued or not available, an item of equal value at FMC discretion.
CUSTOM JACKETS TAKE APPROXIMATELY SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS TO PRODUCE, AND THE ORDER CANNOT BE RUSHED.
CHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY OF PURCHASE.
CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT TAILORED TO FIT, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS AND SIZING.
PATCHES AND THIRD PARTY ALTERATIONS VOID THE WARRANTY.

Please note: As per company policy, if the item is damaged or if a wrong item was sent, kindly provide pictures for reference. After approval by our Quality Department, a prepaid return label will be issued.
The time period for an order’s cancellation can only be processed within 24 hours. If a tracking number has already been assigned to your order, it may have been handed over to the shipping company, and at this point, it will not be possible to proceed with cancellation.
However, you do have the option to return the article once received. We will process your request as per your instructions for either an exchange or a refund.
If your order has surpassed 1 week and the tracking status shows no movement, we can make an exception for cancellation. This could be due to the preorder status causing a delay or because the item is in transit from the factory to the warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: FMC will only provide a return label in cases of product damage or incorrect items within 30 days of the order date. For a regular return or exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost, but we will cover the shipping fee when sending it back to you.

International Shipping Returns
Due to the increased cost of shipping outside of the United States and the duties imposed by other countries, First Manufacturing will only accept international items to be returned for exchange or refund if the customer is willing to cover the cost of the return shipping.
But if the item is damaged or incorrect sent by FIRST MFG then we can cover the shipping cost only after approval from shipping dept.
Yes, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our products. To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and pictures of the issue. Items should be sent via a USPS flat rate box.
Please note: If there is damage caused by a cut with a scissor, knife, or any other sharp equipment, or if article is damaged in a road accident, the warranty will be voided.

If your order is delayed, it may be due to a pre-order or an out-of-stock situation. In such cases, we forward the instructions to the factory to manufacture the article in the specified size and color, ensuring it is processed and delivered within 3 to 4 weeks.
Our products are true to fit, and we recommend measuring your chest or belly/stomach (if larger than your chest) to determine your size. Check the size chart to see where your measurements fall and consider choosing one size up for a comfortable and perfect fit.

To ensure the longevity of your leather apparel, avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight. Use a damp cloth to clean and apply a leather conditioner periodically to maintain the material’s quality.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect article, FMC will provide a prepaid return label. This applies within 30 days of the shipment received date.
Regular Returns (Exchange/Refund): For regular returns, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to our warehouse. Once we process the exchange, FMC will cover the cost of sending the new item back to you.
