I have all the other First MFG shirts and they are all fantastic but this equalizer shirt is top dog. The fit and finish is outstanding and it's built to last. The armour fits perfectly in the shirt and is comfortable. Plenty of pockets and vents for hot days. I'm 6' 217 47" chest and I went with a 2XL so I can layer up as I ride year round.

I bought this shirt in 2020 I believe. I was out today in the rain low 50s and it is perfect. I recommend going a size up if you want to layer up. It’s not a cold weather jacket I tried that once epic fail. In so cal it’s almost a full winter jacket. Light weight but sturdy and the conceal carry pockets is a must have.

This is my first take since it's too hot to wear right now.
First off, this is a jacket. Excellent weight to wear on a cool day. The zippers are heavy duty and buttons snap well. I am 5'2 125 and ordered a medium for layering. I think the small would have been to snug of a fit. Basically go up a size for more comfort. I read some complaints about the collar but found no issue. Only minor and I mean minor issue are the shoulders are a bit pointy. But that is not an issue
I am highly pleased with this purchase. It's a jacket I can wear on and off the bike comfortably.

Love the shacket. The weight is substantial, yet comfortable. It envelops like a security robe. The hand pockets are perfectly deep into inviting cotton. The inside pockets are two huge lockers. There’s a smaller pocket for a phone, I guess. The action back actually works.
But here is the problem, the reason this would not be my go-to jacket, and why I certainly would not wear it on a motorcycle: the front pockets are useless. What are they for? My phone won’t fit. My sunglasses don’t fit. If I put either in one of those pockets, off there would go in the wind. Am I putting a pack of smokes in one? No, because I don’t want COPD.
So, please update from the 1950s. We haven’t wanted access to a pack of Luckies in at least a half-century. The pockets need to be at least six inches deep to secure an iPhone plus or sunglasses.

Quality is excellent with plenty of pockets for storage and the fit is spot on. I would definitely buy again if I had to.
