Timber Men's motorcycle leather vest (limited edition)

Order was placed December 25th while there were dozens of each item in stock. Order was never shipped. I called customer service and was told it would be another week. Another week passes, the item is now completely out of stock and won't be back in stock for another 2-3 weeks.

Requested refund because I'm not waiting any longer. No response. I will most likely have to request a charge back from my credit union to even get a refund.

I recommend taking your money elsewhere. The products are nice, when and if they actually show up. Extremely unprofessional, customer service is nonexistent, website shows items as in stock when they are not. Just shop somewhere else, their products have been 50% for a week for a reason.

Got my vest. It is a little bit too small. So I call customer service in some unknown country. After 3 times trying to get someone I got some guy hard to understand Anyway he put me on hold to check if there was a 2X vest in inventory. About 10 minutes later he comes back tells me there is and to go through the website to return my old vest and exchange it for the larger one. So I did. However, there was none in stock and it wouldn’t let me return or reorder. I wasn’t about to go through the entire process again so apparently I’m just gonna wear the vest I have.
