It's sized to fit over your gear, and crafted out of waterproof yet breathable ripstop fabric, and features large reflective bands so you stay visible and safe, even in bad weather. Available in multiple color ways including black, gray, black and high-vis yellow, and black and orange.

The stitching started coming apart right out of the package. Considering I won't be wearing this rain gear all the time, it was worth the $65.
