Commuter Men's Motorcycle Leather Jacket

I'm 5'11" 250 lbs. with a 40" waist. The extra weight I'm carrying is mostly around the midsection (beer belly). I originally purchased this jacket in an XL. The description says that it runs a half size larger and I'm usually somewhere in between an XL and a 2XL (I usually go with the lager 2XL) so I thought I'd be alright. The belly is really the only reason that I go to a 2XL, but even with a half size more room it was still a little too snug. I returned the XL and ordered a 2XL. I live in central New York and the jacket arrived right in the middle of the worst series of snowstorms that we've seen in a while. With temperatures in the teens to low 20s(F) and a windchill well below zero I thought I'd put it to the test. With only a T-shirt and a hoodie on under the jacket It kept me plenty warm. I've been wearing the jacket for a couple of weeks now. It's very comfortable. Although like every other 2xl I've worn, because I need the extra space in the middle and not the extra arm length, the sleeves are just a little too long when my arms are at my sides. I love the style and feel of the leather. It's nice and heavy, but not too heavy. The construction is top notch. I'm looking forward to using it on the motorcycle. As warm as it's kept me on cold windy winter days, I'm concerned about warm weather riding. Hopefully removing the liner and opening the vents provides a lot of cooling.I would have given 5 stars except for one little nitpick that I have. The zippers. They work…
