Love the vest but having hard time getting instructions on how to exchange for correct size. Should be simple and easy information to provide or at least receive a response from customer service to assist in the exchange.

The vest looks great, but is a little short and the rough material rubs against the neck. Maybe it will soften up with more wear.

This particular style is intentionally designed a bit shorter to prevent bunching while riding or seated.
