I ordered the wrong size by accident and the swapped it out for me free of charge and even shipped the new one after I dropped off the exhange! This is my 2nd vest and unfortunately it fits like a glove, but I wanted it to be a loose fit. This is completely my fault because the size chart did help I just gained more weight. I'm 248lbs 5'10 3/4" and the XL fits perfectly. Great quality item and it's aesthetically pleasing.
