Love a club vest, but need more pockets? The Fairfax is the one for you. It's got eight hidden utility pockets under a flap in the front of this raw canvas vest, along with chest and slash pockets out front. Two conceal carry pockets are hidden inside in the black bandana print liner, which itself has an easy access panel to add patches and embroideries. And it's got an armor pocket for CE-2 armor!

Would definitely buy 1 size up, specially if you plan to rock a hoodie or jacket under it. Feels really well made and center zipper and buttons seal together really well to create an almost air tight seal that's great for highway rides. Overall sick product and would recommend

This was my first purchase from First Mfg. and everything about it was so good that I came back two more times for leather jackets. I've been riding for 30 years now, and in that time, I've gone through a variety of different jackets and vests from several different manufacturers; my feedback here is based on how this vest weighs against them.
Quality & Features:
I have mostly gone with leather riding gear, aside from a few light textile jackets, but the idea of a heavy canvas vest sounded good to me, and this one delivered. The material on this vest is heavy and stiff, but still compliant so that it doesn't feel uncomfortable to wear. The main zipper is a really burly YKK that hooks up and zips with ease, and there is a snap down flap that covers the zipper to keep your tank scratch free. The inside liner has a paisley pattern on silky smooth fabric that helps prevent it from hanging up on your clothes when you move, and it has a zipper on it so you can access the back panel for sewing patches on.
There are large cross draw pockets on either side with elastic built in for putting a carry piece through which can be secured with two large snaps. Thanks to the heavy layered canvas due to the front pockets, it completely prevents printing, even with a full size 1911 tucked in there (I've got two example photos of how completely invisible it is), if you carry this will definitely work for you. Of all the vest I've had this one is killing it. The front panel zip pockets are so convenient while riding. Side pockets, inside pockets are hindering. Especially when zipped up. Love it!

Quality of this vest is amazing! Sizing is absolutely terrible. I’m a 2xl in almost everything I wear. The 2xl vest fits like an xl or smaller. If you’re ordering, get at least a size or two up from your normal wear.

The vest is good material and for the price you can’t go wrong along with the utility pockets for whatever you need to carry and the concealed pockets are spacious for whatever you carry, I carry my Glock 19 along with 2 extra mags and I barely feel them on me. :)
