I’ve been riding for years and have been a loyal First Mfg customer for the last 5–6 years. My previous Equalizer jacket performed flawlessly over thousands of miles in every condition—rain, extreme heat, and cold—and it still has zero rips, tears, or scuffs despite the miles I’ve put on it. That jacket really proved the quality of this company.
The only reason I purchased a second one was to have a larger size for layering in the colder months while keeping my original one for hotter days. I know this new jacket will hold up just as well as my first.
First Mfg is legit—USA based, top-notch craftsmanship, and the only brand I trust for jackets, vests, and gloves. Next on my list: trying out their Kevlar jeans line.
Highly recommend to anyone serious about riding gear.

The fit is a little snug but I’m a bigger guy; 6’0” 240lbs. I ordered a size bigger to layer. Has a little stretch in elbow and shoulders area. Overall pleased with my purchase and will order more in the future.

I bought this jacket a few weeks back, and though it’s a bit snug, I really enjoy it! Granted I’m losing weight currently, so I don’t mind sizing down into it, but I’d buy a size up if you want it to fit properly .

This is my second purchase of this shirt. I use it more so as a jacket. Little on the heavy side for a shirt but it’s a minor thing. It’s not bulky feeling at all. Good range of motion in the shoulders without binding up. Durability is 5star. Wore my older jacket for years with no issues. Only reason I had get a new one is the old lady is feeding me to good and had to size up.
