For some people this would be a five star jacket. However, for me is too long when on the bike and it pushes up around the neck. I ride a Bonneville. The side zippers at the waist do help. I am 5'11" 195 lbs. and the large fit me well otherwise. I do have a shorter torso and neck so for some people that are the opposite of me they would probably be okay with this jacket. There is really no venting as some other reviewer commented. It is mesh lined so opening the pockets would provide some air flow into the jacket. I am a fair weather rider and the jacket works great in ideal conditions. I ride in temps usually between 65 and 80 degrees and it has been just fine. It is very attractive and well made and I plan on removing the armor sold separately and wearing it off the bike in the off season. I bought the jacket during a sale and I am keeping it because it was such a great price for how nice it is. I am sure after it breaks in a bit the neck issue won't be as much of a problem I hope.

I have two leather pieces from FMC. The first piece I bought is a Doe vest. It is absolute extraordinary. I love it and it looks great.
Secondly, I waited and waited but couldn’t get the Twill/Leather jacket off my mind. I finally broke and just bought it a few weeks ago. Being that it’s the end of June, there’s really not a whole lotta reason to wear it, I thought. I was wrong it with a tshirt is perfect for night time if I need a little more than my FMC vest!!!
Do not hesitate to purchase FMC leather. It’s the best. I have a vintage Wilson Leather jacket my parents bought me about 35 years ago. It a sentimental piece I don’t like to wear for fear of theft. I could never replace it or my parents gift that means the world to me.

Love this jacket. It is very nice looking, warm with the vents closed, cool with the vents open. Armour fits good, weight is appropriate for this jacket.
