I've had 2 other mesh summer riding jackets from Stars and Rockets FirstMFG has the best. The build is top notch. I feel safer knowing the material will protect me and do its job well I hope I never find out ;) I bought a size large, it fits great. I have room to breathe and add a hoodie if needed. I'm 220lbs at 6'3" with an athletic build. I like the touch of reflective pipping and lack of branding. My 15 year old son said the jacket looks cool. Speaking of cool. NYC had its first really hot day for summer 2025 at 88f the Venture was barely noticeable. I also upgraded the CE1 pads to CE2 protective armor.

Arrived very quickly! Also liked that MFG kept me updated throughout the whole process, they took all the guess work out of where things were in the process. Great customer service!! As for the jacket... simply WOW! The inner lining is nice for a the cooler days, but it's removable for the days it gets warm. Extremely breathable, and a good fit. There are snaps along the arms for a tighter fit, and straps on the bottom to tighten up things so wind isn't blowing up the jacket. I'm a bigger guy, 6'1 at 265. I originally ordered the 2XL as most of my jackets and hoodies are all 2XL. The jacket was a little snug.. contacted customer service and they worked with me to get a 3XL in exchange. Fast exchange, refund was fast (you do have to pay for return shipping though). The 3XL fits like the rest of my jackets and hoodies, not too loose but not snug either, enough room to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath with the inner lining. If i take out the inner lining I can wear a hoodie underneath. Best part... It has a conceal carry pocket and mag holders. I carry concealed everywhere I go, so this was a great bonus to the jacket. They're also ambidextrous. It fits my Echelon 4.0 on one side and I can carry my phone and wallet in the other. Overall, really satisfied with this jacket, and I highly recommend it! I'll probably pick up a leather one for more winter riding for better warmth, but for cool spring and fall, and warm summers in Ohio, this jacket is perfect! And at the…

Good fit, nice look and great price. (5’5”) athletic build purchased size small. Liner should turn it into a year round jacket here in Florida. Basic protection shoulders/elbows, foam back pad.
