Shipping

Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.

Orders placed after 2pm EST will be sent out the next day.

For orders that are placed during the weekend, please allow 48-72 hours to be processed for shipping 

If you would like to require signature for delivery, please call us or email us at orders@firstmfg.com for that option.

If the order was placed within the same day you placed the order, then we may be able to make the necessary changes for you. Please contact our customer service team at (800)-537-3030 and provide us with the details of the changes you would like to make. please note that some changes may not be possible depending on the status of your order. Thank you for reaching out to us, and we appreciate your business.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are sending out international orders through UPS and DHL. It is possible you may need to pay extra fees when your package is going through custom clearance. 

International orders are subject to the customs fees and import taxes of the destination country.

NOTE RELATED TRACKING GENERATED: 

If the tracking has already been generated, we will not be able to make any changes to the order, as there is a possibility that the product has already been picked up by the courier.

PRE-ORDER NOTE:

Pre-order takes 3–4 weeks to ship the product.
Each item is crafted with care, and this extended processing time ensures the highest quality before it reaches you.

Returns - Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: FMC will only provide a return label in case of product damage or any incorrect item with in 30 days of the order date. For a regular return and exchange you are responsible for shipping the item to First Mfg, we will take care of the shipping fee when sending it back to you.

You can process the return / exchange online within 30 days of item received from the link below. Item must be in original package and have tags attached with a copy of your receipt. You will receive a RA# and return address.

International shipping returns
Due to the increased cost of shipping outside of the United States and duties imposed by other countries. If you need to return an item you will need to cover the cost to do so unless First Manufacturing has shipped you an incorrect item.

Address Modification Restrictions After Order Placement

If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, it can be updated before the order is fulfilled. Once the order is processed and a shipping label is created, changes cannot be guaranteed, as the package may already be with the courier. Any possible changes at that stage may incur additional charges, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

Gift Items
Items can only be exchanged from any ongoing special promotion, i.e., bundle deals/ Free Gifts. No Refund is applicable on any item.

Custom Items

All custom vests / items are handmade. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on custom items. Double check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

If a customer places a custom order, they must report any issues related to measurements or defects within 7 Days of receiving the product. After a week, we will be unable to accept any claims, and the item will not be rebuilt by the factory.

First Manufacturing Co offers a lifetime warranty (WEBSITE ONLY) against defects in material and workmanship of leather products from the original date of purchase for the life of the item.

This includes Stitching, Buckles, Snaps on leather jackets, vests, chaps, and gloves (except canvas, denim, twill and mesh materials). First MFG Co will replace the item if after inspection the garment is deemed to be not in conformance with our standards. The warranty is limited to the repair of the parts and the necessary labor and services to repair the item. If the item after inspection is deemed non-repairable, First MFG Co will replace the item or if item is discontinued or not available, an item of equal value at FMC discretion.

'Normal or Heavy wear of the item does not fall under the warranty". Leather will last a long time if properly taken care of. If the hide is not cared for your leather garment can break down and fail.

• Using bleach
• Washing, bleaching, or tumble drying
• Storing or hanging while folded
• Exposure to heat sources or moisture
• Storing in plastic or vinyl bags
• Prolonged direct sunlight

We recommend:
• Soft, dry clean only
• Following our DIY care instructions
• Storing in a breathable cloth bag
• Using padded or wooden hangers
• Visiting a specialist for deep cleaning when needed
