Very nice quality. The leather is super soft and without blemishes. The zippers seem to be good quality as well. I bought this jacket for my wife in xl because that's what size her carhartt is and it fit perfectly.

Loved this jacket! Can’t beat the quality for the price. Customer service was okay. I needed to exchange for a different size and they require you pay shipping back (not a huge deal). It took a phone call and about 3 days for them to return and reship the right size once they received it, but super polite and easy to work with.
