You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

How Returns & Exchanges Work
Getting started takes less than two minutes; here is how it works:
1. Submit your request: Use our online return portal and fill in your order details
2. Receive your RA number: We'll email you a Return Authorization number and shipping address
3. Ship your item: Send the product back to us (you cover return shipping)
4. We handle the rest: Once received, we process your return or ship your exchange within 7 business days
We pay shipping costs when sending your new item or replacement back to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No problem.
Ship the original item back to us, and we'll send out your replacement once we receive and inspect it. Ensure the product has its label and is in original packaging. You cover the cost of shipping the item to us, and we cover the cost of shipping the new one to you.

Refunds
Changed your mind? We get you right there.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you can claim your refund, and please note that it is offered in Store credit form. You can use it anytime; it has no expiration
Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered? That's on us.
Here's what happens:
1. Contact us: Reach out via phone at (800) 537-3030 , email us at orders@firstmfg.com , or live chat us.
2. We issue a prepaid return label: No cost to you
3. You choose: Want a replacement or a refund? You choose it.
We don't make you jump through hoops when the mistake is ours. Reach out, and we'll sort it out fast to make you happy with your leather gear.
International Returns
We ship worldwide, but return logistics work a bit differently for international orders.

You're responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or customs fees for sending back the product to us. While we will cover the shipping cost when sending back the replacement.

All other policies remain the same, 30-day window, original packaging, and tags attached.

Custom Orders
Every custom jacket and vest is handmade specifically for you. Because of this, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
We know that sounds strict, but here's why it matters: your custom piece is built to your exact specifications. It can't be resold or remade for someone else.

You might be still thinking, What if something's wrong with my custom order?
Don’t worry, we have covered you. If you receive a custom item with a defect or incorrect measurements, you have 7 working days from delivery to report the issue. Contact us immediately and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Please note that after 7 days, we're unable to accept claims or rebuild the item.
Promotional Items & Gifts
Items received as part of a bundle deal, special promotion, or free gift are non-refundable.
These items can be exchanged for a different size or colour when available, but no cash or credit refunds will be issued.
If you have questions about a specific promotion, reach out before placing your order, we're happy to clarify what's included.
Store Credit
Do you want flexibility for future purchases? Store credit might be the best option for you.
When processing your return, you can choose store credit. This credit is applied to your account and never expires.
For store credit inquiries, we strongly recommend calling us directly at (800) 537-3030 . Our team can walk you through your options and apply credit on the spot.
Lifetime Warranty on Leather
Here's something most brands don't offer.
All leather items from First Manufacturing come with a Lifetime Warranty. If your jacket, vest, or leather accessory is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues, we'll take care of it for you. Please note that if you have placed any patches on them, they won’t be eligible for this option.
This warranty has covered riders since 1987, and it's not going anywhere. It’s always here for you!
