Returns & Refunds – First MFG Co

Full details: Returns & Exchanges. To start a return, use our online return portal.

30-day returns, including sale items. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

How it works. Submit your request through the return portal. We'll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address (First MFG Co, 3800 W Oceanside Rd, Oceanside, NY 11572). Ship the item back to us; you cover the return shipping. Once received, we process your return or ship your exchange within 7 business days.

Exchanges. You cover shipping the original item to us; we cover shipping the new size or colour to you.

Refunds. After we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. You can choose store credit instead; store credit never expires.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. If the mistake is ours, contact us at (800) 537-3030 or orders@firstmfg.com. We'll send a prepaid return label at no cost, and you choose a replacement or a refund.

Not returnable.

• Custom orders, including made-to-measure and Factory Customs. If a custom item arrives defective or with incorrect measurements, report it within 7 working days of delivery.
• Any item, stock or custom, that has had patches placed on it.
• Gift cards.
• Items received as part of a bundle, special promotion or free gift can be exchanged for a different size or colour when available, but are not refundable.

International returns. The same 30-day rules apply. You cover return shipping and any duties or customs fees; we cover shipping the replacement to you.

Lifetime warranty. All leather items carry our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (not valid once patches are applied). See warranty details.
