How made to measure works

Standard sizes don't fit every rider. If you're big and tall, have a long torso, broad shoulders or sit between two sizes, we'll build your vest or jacket to your own body measurements. Choose any style on this page, select Made to measure as your size, and enter your measurements. Each piece is cut and sewn for you and ships in 4–5 weeks.

The measurements we need

  • Chest: around the fullest part of your chest.
  • Stomach: around your stomach at its widest point.
  • Shoulder: from the tip of one shoulder across to the other.
  • Center back length: from the back of your neck down to where you want the hem to sit.
  • Sleeve (jackets only): from the tip of the shoulder down to where you want the cuff.
  • Height.

Big & tall and plus size leather

Made to measure is the easiest way to get a big and tall leather motorcycle jacket or a plus size leather vest that fits properly through the chest, stomach and back length, rather than going up a size and living with long sleeves or a boxy fit. It works for men's and women's styles: club vests, perforated summer vests, western vests and leather riding jackets.

  • Made-to-measure items are final sale (non-refundable and non-exchangeable) because they're built for one person, so please double-check your measurements.
